Coach tossed me a curve ball today with this workout. It tested my arm control with speed, and I still have work to do! My arms were all over the place and the 5 step sprint between each hurdle was a beast.
- 5 x 5 hurdles at 39” space 40ft apart, 5 step sprint between hurdles
- 5-6mins rep break
