Hurdle Workout
The rain paused briefly allowing me to complete a quick run for practice. My area had rain this morning and now another storm is booming while writing this post. Today’s workout went great by allowing me to feel improvement within my arm control. My form can continue to improve and I’ll concentrate on the details this week… Progress!!!

Form running!!!
I’m feeling the burn in this photo because it was my last set! Focusing on relaxing and maintaining my form! Heels tucked under the butt, cycle the leg through but don’t bring the knee up too high, maximize the stride, pump the arms until my hands are at upper chest height then return back down slightly past my hips, stay upright with a slight forward posture, try to keep the chin level…
You can also see my heart rate monitor too… Comes in handy for tracking calories.
